Bankrate.com just published it's annual survey of closing costs and North Carolina had the least expensive costs, at an average of $2,650.00 for a $200,000.00 home!

As expected, New York had the most expensive closing cost fees averaging $4,016 in the survey. Nationwide the average fees to close rang in at $3,118.00 for a $200,000.00 home.

So if you've been considering a move to the Raleigh, Cary or Apex region of North Carolina, now is the time to do it!
